Your balance is covered by the deposit guarantee scheme up to €100,000 per person. We are a European bank with a banking license in accordance with the Maltese Banking Act.

Our products are specifically designed to help customers get the most out of their finances and give them the freedom to make informed choices.

Our journey from beginning to present

In 2004 we started in Malta as Mediterranean Bank. In 2013 we entered the Belgian market and decided to continue under the name MeDirect. This name change underlined our ambition to be active throughout Europe. In 2017, our bank in Malta also changed its name to MeDirect. In May 2023, we launched on the Dutch market.
